the character is my oc - diane.
I've had problems with preview image so sorry for huge file ;0

EDIT: eyes aren't -entirely- made on new layer of course, only the colors of the eyes. my mistake ;)

did you do this with a tablet or mouse? I know I just can't seem to draw anything with a mouse and most of the best stuff I've seen drawn on computer have been done with tablet, but I have seen some that can do it with a mouse.
